    First Street Brewing Co.

    Every beer at First Street Brewing Co. begins with an exploration of flavor and style. We decided what kind of experience we want to create and then determine what style of beer best fits that flavor. We test batch utilizing the very same brewing system that all of our beers were created on before the brewery opened in Hastings, Nebraska. Most often, this is served in our tap room to determine if it is a beer that our community will enjoy. Once the test batch comes out with the desired flavor profile and we have tasted and tasted again, we do math. Lots of math to convert our little test batch into a full-sized brew.
